VEGANSEXUAL – to be or not to be?
Vegansexual – a group of people who lead a cruelty-free lifestyle and prefer to be exclusively intimate with like-minded individuals.” Dr. Annie Potts, Co-Director for New Zealand Centre for Human-Animal Studies
Ever kiss anyone that smells like an ash tray? I can’t say I have or care to. I have however kissed someone who tasted/smelled like meat and/or chicken… UGH! Eating fowl (chicken) gives me foul breath. At least that’s what it did over a decade ago when I was still trying to eat it.
Many people walk around chewing gum and wearing deodorant day in and day in – neither one of these are healthy! Most chewing gum has artificial sweetener that wreaks havoc on your health, and deodorants… why block the precious lymph nodes with poison?
When we eat healthy, breath and body odor are not a problem. I have found the older I get and cleaner inside I get, the harder it is for me to date a meat eater. I have been a vegetarian since the late 60′s… a lacto/ovo/pesca-vegetarian, but still a vegetarian. I also go days as a vegan. I dislike the taste and smell of meat in front of me, on my breath and on the breath of others. Not every meat eater has bad breath, however… odors and the exchange of bodily fluids do not stop at the mouth.
As my former employer would say, vegetarians not only smell better, they taste better. Your partner will appreciate this.
Isn’t it time you make morning breath a thing of the past?
Age Less With Disease Prevention
“Nature gives you the face you have at 20, life shapes the face you have at 30… but at 50, you get the face you deserve…” Coco Chanel
These days, DIET shapes many-a-faces long before their 2oth birthday! Aging less, disease prevention AND natural healing start with you!
It’s as easy as putting your body on the same schedule as your vehicle – CLEAN IT OUT EVERY 3 MONTHS! Look and listen to it’s warning signs – your built in gauges. What might these be? Puffy eyes, belly and toes, blurred vision, lack of energy, bad breath, and even itching in places where the sun doesn’t shine. These are just a few of the MANY signs and symptoms appearing in and on our body.
It is possible to prevent and stop premature aging and death – when you take care of yourself, weight and wrinkles will not be an issue and neither will HEALTH CARE REFORM!
Don’t wait for something to go wrong before you take yourself serious…
BAD BREATH is more than a dental issue…
Bacteria from poor dental hygiene can cause some bad breath but the main culprit is your digestive tract and liver. It’s similar to a faulty sewer main that gets backed up and smelly.
The 2005 New Orleans Katrina Disaster is a great example – the backed up drainage systems were widely discussed. Illness and disease were a primary concern because of the potential disease the water was capable of carrying. When that water backed up into the city, it not only stunk, it posed many problems. Their flooding was toxic water, ours is toxic waste. A backup in our sewer system combined with our body temperature of 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit is perfect ground for disease.
Get your body clean and it will keep you lean (and healthy) for decades to come!
Hazardous Toothpaste?
You bet!! There are many all-natural toothpastes that leave your breath fresher than any major name brand toothpaste – and, these healthy toothpastes aren’t toxic. My favorites are Jason’s brand and Dental Herb Company. However, when I run out of my current tube I am giving serious thought to making my own.
Of the many natural toothpastes and homemade toothpaste recipes, there will always be someone who can find something wrong with it – use your best judgment, just consider staying away from the conventional ones (Colgate, Crest, etc). With any toothpaste, like most other things… there is no one-size-fits-all.
If you want to live long AND healthy, begin reading labels on e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. Conventional toothpaste has a warning label for a reason – this warning is especially crucial for children.
