Turning Back The Hands of Time

Antiaging and disease prevention are something everyone can do, given some education and the desire to do so. Health reform begins with us! Our body’s “engine” is so much more complex, not to mention more precious than our vehicle’s engine, yet it is neglected more often than our vehicle.

Our food is our fuel, so make it high-grade

Like a high performance vehicle gets top notch products, our body deserves that ten-fold! You wouldn’t consider making a baby from a bag of chips would you? Actually… this isn’t a great example because that is exactly what couples are doing. Let’s say you want to build your dream home, would you use spare parts? Think long term… quality and quantity of life.

What you put in your body is vital to the hands of time and your face value.

Purpose, Passion AND Antiaging?

He who knows others is wise, he who knows himself is enlightened. Lao Tzu

Who did you dream of becoming when you grew up? Does your identity of being, doing, and having align with your vision, values, and goals? Knowing the answers to these Dream BIGquestions, believe it or not, will help you age LESS!

Have you put yourself on “autopilot” in a 9 to 5 job (you don’t care about), day in and day out, year after year? Is this really YOU? Holidays AND birthdays come quicker with each passing year. Life is short and even shorter when YOU DON’T TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF! Don’t be one of the many to accept and expect to become fat, fatigued, or diseased with age.  Why not age less, on purpose with passion? Learn and live using the talents given to you when you were born.

What might those talents be? Your soul knows…

Finding your passion and purpose does absolute wonders in helping you age less, eat less, weigh less, worry less, stress less, and be happy with less.  Giving you more of what is important… all aspects of their ideal life (and body, mind, and spirit)!”

Feeling Stressed? Try Crying

I once read an article that stated the reason women live longer than men is because we cry more. Could this be true? Do men need to cry more, and more often?  Crying was also brought up at one of sad facethe sweat lodges I attended. The man in charge of the rocks gave his pre-sweat talk to the group stating, we detox by way of sweat, bowel movements, vomiting, and crying. I love it – no wonder crying can feel so good sometimes. So… I do believe there is some truth to this – however, crying alone would take f-o-r-e-v-e-r  to detox.

There are many ways to detox, these just happen to be some. Detoxing, when done properly and long enough, can be your fountain of youth and the only prescription you’ll ever need. Mix in a little passion and purpose… and there’s no telling how far you can go!

Aging Less, On Purpose is what nature intended!
