Healthy Holiday Habits

Eat slowly, chew thoroughly, and stop before feeling “stuffed.” Wait 15 minutes before going back for 2nds. Before any meal and throughout the day, drink plenty of water between meals – a half hour before or after helps you eat less, weigh less and helps keep you full longer.

Holiday CelebrationsIt’s not what we do on the holidays or special occasions that make or break our health – it is what we do most hours of the day and days of the week.
