Master Cleanse Day 6
I once read that a short fast begins to rid our body of toxins and clean the blood. A five-day fast begins the overall healing and helps to rebuild the immune system. A ten-day fast or longer works wonders on fighting illness and degenerative disease. So… just completed Day 6, still feeling great! Ran another 3 miles in 30 minutes. I merely say this to let you know fasting can help one become strong and healthier, not weak and deteriorated.
Still releasing toxins thanks to the Formula #2 and all the extras. Many times when cleansing or fasting, bowel movements stop, which, according to some experts is perfectly fine. I disagree, but do agree with my former employer Dr. Schulze. When your body is releasing toxins, you want them coming out (rather than recirculated in you). I’ve experienced both. I can tell you first hand, you will experience more benefits and fewer side effects by having regular bowel movements while cleansing.
