Age Less With Disease Prevention

It’s as easy as putting your body on the same schedule as your vehicle – CLEAN IT OUT EVERY 3 MONTHS! Look and listen to it’s warning signs – your built in gauges. What might these be? Puffy eyes, belly and toes, blurred vision, lack of energy, bad breath, and even itching in places where the sun doesn’t shine. These are just a few of the MANY signs and symptoms appearing in and on our body.

It is possible to prevent and stop premature aging and death – when you take care of yourself, weight and wrinkles will not be an issue and neither will HEALTH CARE REFORM!

Don’t wait for something to go wrong before you take yourself serious…

Weight Loss Without Dieting

You do have a choice on how well and attractively you age…

Fat is not fate! When someone is over weight, they are responsible for it. Genetics is rarely a reason why people are overweight. Diet and lifestyle are to blame. Cutting back on white flour, white sugar, and white pasta alone will help you lose weight. There are healthy alternatives for each. Drinking more water will help your body flush out excess water, waste, AND weight. A few more tips:

  • Avoid diets – they deprive you of certain foods, and deprivation quite often leads to binging.
  • Snacks are not meant to be a meal – even a small bag of chips has been super-sized… STOP GRAZING!
  • Savor the taste to lessen thy waist – chew your food slowly (to a liquid), from a 9″ plate with a small spoon/fork.

How do you want to look and feel for days and decades to come? Before you eat, ask yourself if it will help you look and feel better or worse…

Mid Life Zit Got You Down?

You might be asking yourself WHAT does a zit have to do with living long? A lot actually! According to my former employer Dr. Richard Schulze, he states the skin is referred to as the 3rd kidney. If our kidneys are clogged and sluggish our skin literally tries to ‘poop’ out what our kidneys can’t. Not only does food wreak havoc on our skin, medications can ruin our kidneys.

I worked with a customer whose job was to hook people up to dialysis – he stated the majority of patients he worked with were on dialysis due to the OVERLY PRESCRIBED ANTIBIOTICS! This common ‘remedy’ caused their kidneys to no longer do their job.

Use your skin as your guide, your gauge, your scream for help that something is out of balance. Please note* skin breakouts can come from other reasons, such as touching your face too darn much! Though, if your diet is full of animal foods, white flour, white sugar, white pastas and fried and processed foods, chances are your kidneys are struggling to keep your blood clean and flowing freely.

Universal Healthcare?

Universal Healthcare – could it be a one-size-fits-all solution? I don’t believe so – it may cause many people to rely on it too much. By that I mean…. instead of keeping fit and eating well, some may figure they can simply take a certain color pill syringeand be done with it.

Are one of those who get sick (colds and flu) often? Consider the people you know who never/rarely get sick, then ask yourself what do they have in common? Ever since I started eating better and doing seasonal detoxing, I get sick maybe once every ten years, and it’s very mild. Gone are the days where I’m sick in bed for a week with achy eyeballs!

When you take care of yourself, health insurance (as we know it) is not necessary. Having major medical insurance, in case of an accident or injury, would be all that’s needed. Imagine the savings and decrease in insurance rates if more people did this? Not to mention the time and energy spent on this subject alone! Why not pay for only what you need? This is no different than those who purchase auto insurance with partial coverage.

If you are one of the many out of work, thus out of health insurance… let your food be your pharmacy!

HEALTH REFORM Dilemma?

Imagine a world where you look and feel your best everyday? (instead of waiting for a special occasion). Where colds and flu’s are a thing of the past! And disease, what’s that? Where you take better care of your body, than you do your vehicle? Where you shop the outer walls of the grocery store The Love of my LIFE!and the Farmer’s Markets? Or better yet, grow your own garden… where the only thing ‘fast’ about your food is that it’s fresh and in it’s raw form? Where using a microwave is a thing of the past?  There’s not a whole lot DEAD-ER than nuked food! If you are what you eat, wouldn’t you want to look and feel ALIVE?

Why not age gracefully (inside and out) the way nature intended!  This is the simple solution to Health Reform… Healthy Eating Reform… its easier than you think! It will help you live long naturally and look and feel like a million bucks. Not to mention SAVE a million BUCK$!
